- 1 kiwi fruit
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- 1 handful of baby spinach leaves
- ¼ small avocado
- 1 scoop natural pea protein powder
- 1 cup coconut water
PBB (Peanut Butter & Berry)
Serves 1
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- Handful of leafy greens (e.g. spinach, lettuce )
- 1 cup of almond milk
- Add water to get desired consistency
Spiced Oats
Serves 1
- Baby spinach leaves, small handful (10g)
- ½ medium pear (125g)
- ½ small banana (50g)
- ½ tbsp fresh ginger, grated (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 250ml oat milk
