Are you training for an event or do you want to challenge yourself and take your fitness to the next level? What ever your fitness goals are, this 4 week program is just for YOU!
Our 4 week FIGHT4FITNESS CHALLENGE includes:
- 5 x 45 minute Sunday Sessions designed to challenge you but have FUN at the same time! (8am @ various locations around Seaford)
- Fitness testing at the start and end of the challenge
- 4 x POWER2PACE* sessions - Small Group high intensity, ass-kicking and effective workouts - Wednesday 10:15am & Thursday 9am*
- A supportive and active private Facebook Group to help you overcome challenges and stick with your goals
