Berry Boost Smoothie Bowl
Serves 2
- 2 medium frozen bananas
- 2 cups of mixed frozen
- Berries – use your favs, mine are blueberries, raspberries and cherries
- A handful of mixed spinach and beetroot leaves
- ½ cup chickpeas
- 2 tsp acai powder- optional
- ½ - 1 cup milk of choice – I like coconut or almond
Place all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth.
To serve, place half the berry mix into 2 bowls and top with.
- Fresh strawberries and kiwi fruit
- Shredded coconut or flakes
- Granola
- Chia seeds
Tip – If not serving 2, place the remaining berry mix in the freezer ready for next time.
